This was our first Thanksgiving with our precious baby boy! Dustin and I have so much to be thankful for, he has been such a blessing in our life! We started off the day going to Ken and Cheryl's house for lunch. We had a lot of fun, eating SO much (I love Cheryl's mashed potatoes) and getting to visit with family. Landon did great, getting very sleepy around 2:00 but was trying to fight it. We left around 2:30 and he passed out as soon as we got in the car. We headed to Dustin's Aunt Betty's house which was about an hour away. We had even more to eat over there, and Landon got to meet some of his family for the first time. We stayed a couple of hours, left there and went to Pam and John's house to make our gingerbread houses for our 3rd annual competition! By this time Landon was SO tired, but didn't want to be put down (you would think he was tired of being held but NOOOOO way). We stayed at John and Pam's for a couple of hours and with Landon in his pajamas we left and headed home after a great day and a very full belly! Dustin and I were exhausted so we couldn't imagine how tired Landon was!
It was great, he slept until 8:30 on Friday! WOO HOO! Thank you Landon!! By the way, it was so nice to have Dustin home all week, we sure will miss him on Monday. Dustin and Landon bonded so much this week, Dustin even had the magic touch to get him to fall asleep one night when he was being fussy. I think he might be a Daddy's boy.
