This Thanksgiving we spent with my family in Georgetown! We headed down on Wednesday and stayed through Sunday. As always we had a blast, and had a wonderful Thanksgiving meal!
Thursday was spent at Kathy & Randy's with my wonderful and loving family. I ate so much it wasn't even funny, and loved every minute of it. We even went to the movies! Do you know how LONG it's been since I have been to a movie? FOREVER!!! We went to see Love & Other Drugs, which was awesome.
On Friday my mom, dad, Dustin, Landon and I went to Brenham, TX to see the miniature horses and Blue Bell Factory. Landon was beside him self when he saw some horses his size, and wasn't afraid to stick in whole arm in the fence to pet all the horses. It was cold, but that didn't even phase our busy little boy who was on a mission to RUN the entire time and pick up every leaf possible. He even found a stray cat to pet (gross) and a few piles of dirt to fall in. We missed the last tour of the Blue Bell Factory, but most important we got ice cream and even looked around the tiny little gift shop. Dustin found his "dream job"... a taster for Blue Bell. Anyone know any contacts?? :)
That night I got to see Ash, J Brandon, JB, and Doug! We all went out to dinner and even went to a bar in Georgetown. Where were all these cool places when we were in high school? We had so much fun together, as always!
Luckily we missed the traffic and left for Dallas early Sunday afternoon, got home unloaded everything and put up all the Christmas decorations. Well, I saw all, but only half due to a small little dude named Landon. Broken Christmas decor: 1 and I am sure a few more to go before this holiday is over.
